Polignac. Altisports a club that has an incredible form.

There are still courses that allow many members to never have a break in the season.

Thanks to a unique concept, the Omnisports club, present in three municipalities (Espaly-Saint-Marcel, Polignac and Chaspuzac) is always in turmoil. Effectively at the start of the week, the judokas were on a departmental course and the fitness part which was able to set up two courses supervised by Rebecca, Opuhi and Baptiste. Open to all, they allow those who want to discover the club to come and practice without obligation.

Projects

Altisports has been very successful for 14 years, with regular requests for new disciplines or new municipalities.

This success is also linked to the quality of the professional speakers who, each season, know how to retain members but are also known and recognized in their respective disciplines.

If the well-being, fitness part is practiced in leisure, the dancers of Polignac go each year in regional competition to defend the colors of the dance section.

For judo, this season, the club has already obtained several titles (three champions of Haute-Loire, two vice champions and a third place).

For next season Dominique Castanet, the club coordinator, would like to set up a place suitable for cross training (cross-fit). “It’s an activity that we have already tried to set up and which has been in regular demand for several seasons, but we need suitable and fixed premises, which is very complicated when our disciplines have to systematically share premises and set up place, he explains. We therefore remain open to all solutions in order to be able to offer even more to our members”.

Between the various projects and solicitations Altisports has a bright future ahead of it.
