The 74-year-old driver was arrested by gendarmes from the Auterive brigade community and investigators from the Villefranche-de-Lauragais research brigade. He was taken into custody. After undergoing a psychiatric expertise, the septuagenarian was presented to the Toulouse prosecutor’s office this Friday.
