Yesterday (27th) at around 8:10 pm on a road in Pacheon-myeon, Cheongsong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do, a 1t truck driven by Mr. A in his 70s collided head-on with a van carrying badminton players from an elementary school.
In the accident, Mr. A died, and seven players and coaches in the van suffered minor and minor injuries and were taken to the hospital.
It was found that the injured elementary school students had an accident while moving to their accommodation after participating in a national badminton competition held in the Cheongsong area.
The police are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident, assuming that the vehicle driven by Mr. A crossed the center line and collided with the van.
