After the exhaustive tests and tests to which the editors and journalists of the magazine OutdoorLife subjected to the different viewfinders, of various brands, came to the unanimous conclusion that the new viewfinder of Zeiss, the LRP S5, is the best novelty of the sports optics market of the year, highlighting that such a complete device had not been found in years.

In exact words, they explained after the test: «It is built with top quality crystals and a perfect reticle designed for PRS, Extreme Long Range or NRL competitions. The S5 has the best turrets and the largest adjustment range in its category”, in relation to its remarkable correction and optical quality.

In addition, they remarked on the precise engineering work carried out by Zeiss with the following conclusion: “Zeiss invested years in this product in order to offer a perfect optic that is worth the wait. Like most hunters and shooters, we have always appreciated the quality of the best European glass. But in terms of tactical scopes and/or turret accuracy, many of the European manufacturers have been left behind. Either they made sketchy efforts to convert traditional hunting scopes into long-range models, or their best LE/military scopes fell behind in terms of technology, feature set, and innovation. But now Zeiss places this venerable German optics company at the head of the pack in the world of precision scopes. It is an excellent tool for long-range competitions or stalking over long distances.”

In this way, the German brand receives one of the most important awards in the gun industry, making clear the perfect combination between the magnificent optical quality of its lenses and the exquisite precision of its turrets.
