Bologna wants to shield Motta
And today the Gazzetta dello Sport tells us that the Motta club, Bologna, is working to lock down its coach. Ninth in the Serie A standings, the leaders of Emilia-Romagna are delighted with Motta’s performance. Club boss Joey Saputo spoke with his coach to discuss the future of the team. No firm decision has been made, but there is a desire to meet again at the end of April. And barring disaster, the idea is to extend Motta for a year, i.e. until 2025. Bologna was in no hurry, but the announcement by the media of the interests of clubs such as PSG or Inter forced the transalpine formation to activate.
