Bridge of the Castle. Castelpontin judokas on their way to the black belt. The judo-club castelpontin, a training club, presented five judokas for the passage of grades in competition, for obtaining the black belt of judo at the regional dojo of Ceyrat.
For the competition part, each judoka had to fight five fights in order to garner the points necessary for the black belt, for which 100 points must be scored. Ethan Dauphan, a 17-year-old cadet, won four fights by ippon, or 40 points, and he only has three points left to validate his rank of black belt. Among the juniors, Cléa Patrac wins three fights, which earns her 30 points and 20 points will be necessary to obtain the black belt.
As for the kata part (compulsory technique), Claire Ferreira and Émilie Casanova pass this test brilliantly.
All these judokas should strengthen the twenty black belts already present at the judo club castelpontin, for this end of the season, by finishing the technical UV and refereeing for some.
