In an exclusive private neighborhood, golf equipment is kidnapped for alleged contraband

Members of the National Gendarmerie raided this Monday the facilities of an exclusive private neighborhood in Bariloche, within the framework of an investigation for an alleged crime of smuggling equipment for golf practice.

The procedure, in which Customs personnel participated, was carried out this Monday in the private neighborhood of Arelauquen Golf Camp; Country Club, in the sector reserved for the practice of this sport.

Because it is an alleged federal crime, members of the 34th Squad participated in the procedure together with state employees, who acted with the authorization of the Federal Justice of Bariloche.

The crime would exceed $10 million, although the bloodhounds had not yet finished counting the items that were seized.
