excellent results at Santena’s Randori Day – Targatocn.it

Randori, introduced by founding master Jigorō Kanō, is the hallmark of judo. It allows you to practice the techniques, in a real combat simulation, with maximum effectiveness but without injuring your partner or having to slow down the blow. In traditional Judo Randori is practiced in accordance with the principle of the best use of energy, strength, speed and precision. It is essential for perfecting previously studied techniques and for improving movement and posture of the body. It helps perfect control over mind and body, preparing the judoka for any type of situation.

Thirteen Monregalese athletes who took part in the Randori Day at the dojo of the Santena Judo Academy, in via Circonvallazione. About fifty pre-competitive participants, affiliated with the Santena Academy, ASD Judo Valle Maira and ASD Judo Mondovì, for an exceptional day of sport, friendship and sharing.

A day that gave great satisfaction to the young Monregalese Aurora Berutti, Nicolò Ferreri, Arturo Colombo, Nicole Castellino, Ettore Colombo, Raffaele D’Andrea, Leonardo Peluffo, Michele Canale, Lorenzo Canale, Volodymyr Melanychenko, Serse Basso, Emma Rossi and Pietro Blengini, all medalists.

A round of applause to all the judokas, trained with wisdom, constancy and dedication by master Alessandro Brizio.
