Away from the field for three weeks due to a sprained ankle, the star of the Suns should play again on the night of Wednesday to Thursday, against Minnesota.

Kevin Durant has so far only played three games for the Phoenix Suns, which he joined in February.

Suns star Kevin Durant has recovered from the sprained right ankle that kept him away from the courts for three weeks and will return to competition on Wednesday when they host Minnesota, US media reported on Tuesday.

“KD” was injured after slipping on a warm-up handstand before the game against Oklahoma City at home on March 8, putting off his debut in front of his new home crowd. He has been unavailable for his team’s last ten matches.

Transferred from Brooklyn to Phoenix in February, the winger only played three games with his new formation, compiling 26.7 points on 69% shooting success over this short period.

The Suns currently occupy 4th place in the West, just ahead of the LA Clippers, and are virtually directly qualified for the play-offs.
