The badminton section of the Foyer laïque de Lanester hosted, on Sunday March 12, a departmental youth tournament at the Top level (the highest), at the Jean-Zay hall. “94 youngsters, from benjamins to juniors, came to battle it out in a singles tournament. We had ten young people from the club. Five others participated in the hopes tournament in Pontivy, ”explains Camille Le Gohlisse, the president. The club has 146 members this year. “We are aiming for 150 members. Our next meeting will be the national adult tournament on June 3 and 4,” said the president.
