Giovanni Carmazzi drafted at #65 by the 49ers
San Francisco was always the team that Tom Brady supported, since he was born in California, but the Niners opted for Carmazzi, although he was the understudy for Jeff Garcia. Never played in the NFL and tried his luck in both the NFL Europe and the Canadian league until he retired in 2005.
