Persib made an official statement regarding the injured victims at the Gelora Bandung Lautan Api Stadium.
In the match between Persib Bandung and PSS Sleman, Sunday (5/2) evening, at the Bandung Api Gelora Stadium, there were injuries.
This was informed by officials from Persib, who later apologized for the incident.
There was friction that had occurred, so that Bobotoh and PSS supporters had to receive treatment. But now, everyone has been allowed to go home.
“On behalf of Persib, we apologize to all parties, including friends from Sleman who were treated improperly while inside and outside the stadium,” said Teddy Tjahjono, director of PT Persib Bandung Dignified.
Persib is sorry that incidents like this are still happening, moreover they are acting as hosts. They promise, to continue to improve themselves as hosts, so that matches are safe and comfortable.
“According to our commitment, we will continue to improve the holding of home games, especially from a security, safety and comfort standpoint,” said Teddy.
For that match, Persib managed to come out victorious and continue their positive trend with Luis Milla. The Blue Prince won 2-0 thanks to Ciro Alves’ brace.
