Tennis player Jule Niemeier was eliminated from the WTA tournament in Linz after a hard fight in the round of 16. The 23-year-old lost 5: 7, 6: 3, 3: 6 to the Russian Anastasiya Potapova after 2:44 hours on Wednesday.
Previously, Anna-Lena Friedsam reached the round of 16 at the tournament in Austria. The 29-year-old prevailed in her opening match against Sara Errani from Italy 6:2, 6:4.
