Red Bull is approaching maximum number of sponsors

The Red Bull Racing team has had a very successful season. The Austrian team became constructors’ champion with force majeure last season and Max Verstappen became world champion in a supreme way. Red Bull takes full advantage of the successes, they have almost no room left for new sponsors.

Red Bull won both championships last season, partly thanks to Verstappen’s successes. The Dutch driver became world champion for the second season in a row and he did so with force majeure. Verstappen won a total of fifteen Grands Prix and broke several records. The successes did not go unnoticed and Red Bull was also successful commercially.

Red Bull has concluded a title partnership with Oracle in the past two years. Commercial director Nick Stocker explains to the Sports Business Journal that the team is gradually tapping the maximum number of sponsors: “We are a business and our job is to make the car as fast as possible. That of course costs money. It is also a matter of demand We are at a point where we have a huge number of partners and we want to be able to offer them all a high level of service. There will come a time when we have to close shop, but luckily we still have a few spots left.”
