In January 2020, Rapid described the commitment of the then 15-year-old Enes Tepecik, who came from the academy in St. Pölten, as “transfer coup”.
Today he is 18 years young and a lot has happened since he arrived in Vienna-Hütteldorf. Through the ÖFB youth league, Tepecik has become an integral part of Rapid II in the Admiral 2nd league. The debut in the U19 national team followed in autumn 2022. Most recently, he caused a sensation at the Mercedes-Benz Junior Cup in Sindelfingen (all information >>>).
With his creative and tricky style of play, Tepecik is reminiscent of Yusuf Demir – as ex-coach Patrick Jovanovic once said.
