What a bang to start the new NFL season!
In the grand opening game, the hosts and Super Bowl winners, the Los Angeles Rams, were destroyed by the co-favorite Buffalo Bulls 10:31. The new season in the best American football league in the world couldn’t start with a bang.
What a swatter for the defending champion at home at SoFi Stadium, where the Super Bowl was won against the Cincinnati Bengals on February 14 this year (23:20).

However, many experts believe that the Rams and Bills will meet again in the 2023 Super Bowl.
The new season starts with a really, really big guy from Hollywood. Acting superstar and WWE Legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson opens the Rams season in his own unique way.
After 5 minutes and 4 seconds there’s the first touchdown of the season!
Bills quarterback Josh Allen lobs the egg to Gabe Davis, who gallops into the end zone. Extra point also sits. 0:7!
After the 10-0 field goal for the Bills, the Rams hit back!
Quarterback Matthew Stafford serves — who? Of course Cooper Kupp! The Super Bowl MVP catches the egg spectacularly.
The defending champion is back. Especially after Hill intercepts an Allen pass — Interception! Will be rewarded with a field goal shortly after. At 10:10 it’s half time. During the break, rock legend Ozzy Osbourne enters the show stage and performs.
Then it’s the Bills’ turn again! touchdown! Josh Allen fires his pass into the arms of Isaiah McKenzie, who just has to fall into the end zone.
Crazy Rand story: Rams quarterback Stafford meets his wife Kelly’s brother today. Chad Hall is an assistant coach with the Bills. At the Super Bowl, of course, Chad cheered for his brother-in-law in the stadium. Both are big buddies. And if the two ever met in the final? Kelly Stafford made it clear to her parents: “Sorry, but I’m a Rams fan through and through!”
Then the grand entrance of all: He can’t find a pass station – so he just marches towards the end zone himself and scores points by simply holding the egg over the line with his arm outstretched. With an extra point it’s now 24:10.
The wild ride continues! Allen hammers a weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez mad pass to Stefon Diggs. touchdown! With kick it’s now 31:10!
What a (title) announcement by the Bills! That’s where the NFL fans freak out…
