LPGA Tour changes field of cut after 36 holes

For the sake of harmony with the other professional Tours, the LPGA Tour has decided to reduce the number of players passing the cut after 36 holes played. This change will take place on March 24 on the evening of the second round of the LPGA Drive on Championship scheduled for Gold Canyon (Arizona).

Small revolution within the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA). The field of the cut for the 2023 season which started on January 19 in Florida will now qualify the 65 best and tied.
