JUDO: The Judo Club Creusotin at the Bresse International Tournament

With beautiful catwalks for the little girls.

Very big weekend for the Judo Club Creusotin which moved to Saint Denis les Bourg, near Bourg en Bresse for the Open International de Bresse. It is in the company of French judokas from Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, Centre-Val-de-Loire, Ile de France but also foreign judokas from Slovakia, Switzerland, Austria, Luxembourg that 15 motivated young Creusotins took part in this competition.

Saturday, place for the cadets who are all first years and who had come to seek experience in their new category. Valentine Bouillet finished 3rd in her category. As for Arthur Pigeat and Mickaël Nectoux, they unfortunately end up unclassified.

Then it was Antoine Orozco who fought as a senior in a category of 30 fighters. Alas, he does not manage to get out of the hen.

Sunday, it is the turn of the minims to take place on the tatami. Good overall performance from the group which had come with work objectives in view of the Bourgogne Franche-Comté Championships on February 26th.
A good general attitude in a quality technical platform in certain categories.
The 11 Creusotins fighters come out of chicken.
The 8 boys lose in 1/8 and in the ¼ finals, only Enzo will be fished out.
The 3 girls finish on the podium.

• 3rd: Anaïs Lion and Eleana Sergi
• 5ème : Enzo Saidou
•    8ème : Mathis Saidou, Nathan Lion, Hugo Da Silva, Mouhamed Benyoucef
• Unclassified: Ewen Costa Redol (injured), Andrea Seddiki, Iliane Seddiki

Johnny Potet, the Judo Club Creusotin coach present throughout this weekend, encourages them to continue on this path in order to achieve the objectives set at the start of the season. He thanks Valentine for supporting young people on Sunday and is very happy to have found his former club Asmd Judo during this competition.
