Context and missions of the Federation
The FFA is a recognized association of public utility and delegated public service whose mission is to organize and develop athletics in France, in particular through the support of its clubs, its decentralized structures and the management of the Haute performance.

As the first Olympic sport, the FFA has built an ambitious development plan until the 2024 Paris Olympic Games, with the main ambition of increasing its attractiveness to all athletics practitioners.

Approved internship for a period of 6 months
Assistant communication
The position is available from March 1, 2023

Description of the internship
Your main missions will be to support the communication department on:

– Monitoring of Kinder Joy of Moving Athletics Day, National Nordic Walking Day and Run2K Challenge files: Creation of visuals and teasers in conjunction with FFA agencies and services and monitoring of operations
– Development of newsletters (licensees, clubs): content definitions, relationship with the emailing service provider
– Circuit Crédit Mutuel Athlé Tour: Communication/promotion of the circuit, relationship with the organizers of the Meetings for validation of the visuals, request for variations for communication on FFA media
– Club communication tools platform: follow-up of club orders, stock follow-up, relationship with platform provider, promotion of the platform to clubs (e-mailing, phoning, etc.)
– Communication support Paris Meeting, French Elite Championships, French Team

Technical knowledge and experience desired

You are following a course in sports management or communication at the Master’s level, you have knowledge of the challenges of a sports organization and communication.
A good command of Photoshop is strongly desired and a command of Illustrator and Indesign is a plus.
