Fedojudo carries out technical evaluation to the associations of the South

SANTO DOMINGO. The Dominican Judo Federation (Fedojudo), in coordination with the technical, coaching and arbitration departments, made a technical tour this weekend to the judo associations of San Juan de la Maguana, Elías Piña, Barahona, Pedernales and Jimaní.

The purpose of the visits, as announced by the lawyer Gilberto García, president of Fedojudo, is to make an evaluation of the technicians, coaches, as well as the practices of the athletes of each of the associations.

“We do this tour with the aim of sharing with the technical directions and ensuring that the associations are all at the same level,” said Mr. García.

The president of the Fedojudo indicated that, in addition to the associations of the South region, the same will also be done every weekend of February in the judo associations of the East, North and Metropolitan Area.

“The purpose is to raise the technical level, pass balance and motivate each of the associations to maintain planning in training and raise the technical level of our athletes,” added García, who revealed that athletes from the National teams.

In each of the aforementioned provinces, observation work was carried out on the technicians and the athletes’ practices.

He explained that the technical planning of the coaches, sports area and leadership is also being programmed for the month of February so that, together with the 2023 plan, all the associations are at the level of what we have planned for this year.

The Fedojudo entourage that made the tour was made up of members of the Fedojudo executive committee, as well as part of the national athletes and coaches, and the technical direction.
