Of course, that’s not to say there’s no value in getting a traditional second baseman to a position in 2023, either. jose altuve (still manages it at 32) and Ozzie Albies represent the elite options in the middle. Both only play on 2B, but you can’t really say you lose with either of them if you design them, can you?
Second base might be one of the weakest positions in fantasy if we go star power alone, but like everyone else, there’s value to be found.
