The adventure with the France U15 collective lasted ten days. After three days of training at Mulhouse and one to Strasbourg at the France Pole, Lenny Hubert (Ferns) and his teammates took over the direction of Lüdinghausen (Germany) where the 8-nation European championship took place.

On the first day, they crushed the competition, winning all three meetings: 6-3 againstEngland9-0 against Suisse9-0 against the The Netherlands. These three victories gave them access to the final against the Denmark. A very high intensity final which lasted 4 hours with very close matches. While France led 4-2 and saw consecration, the Danes came back to 4-4 after matches lost by the Blues in 3e set (20-22/21-23).

It was only in the last game that France won the title (5-4). In this team tournament, Lenny Hubert was one of the most used French team players with 7 games (6 wins, 1 loss).

Obviously, the fatigue had an impact on his individual tournament and his doubles where he could have hoped for better. Overall, his record is very positive even if in doubles, with Léon Phan, he was eliminated in 1/4 as well as in mixed with his partner from Mulhouse, Élisa Hess. Each time, it was Danes who stood in their way. In singles, Lenny Hubert will get a superb 3e place, beaten again by a Dane (26-24/21-9).

Over the whole tournament (team and individual), Lenny Hubert will have chained 16 matches for 12 victories and 4 defeats. A young talent who confirms more each season.
