The striker and figure of the Uruguayan under-20 team, runner-up in the past in Colombia in South America, Álvaro Rodríguez, made his debut with Real Madrid and provided an assist for Marco Asensio’s goal that closed the 2-0 match against Osasuna.
Federico Valverde had opened the result with great definition and there the great Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti decided to send the Bull onto the field at 87′ and the rest is told by the Spanish newspaper “Marca” in its analysis of the performance:
“Debut in the League with Real Madrid and a dream come true. Álvaro ‘Toro’ Rodríguez jumped onto the pitch in the 87th minute in one of the most difficult places in Spain, assisted Vinicius in the 0-2 draw… but the play it ended up annulled for offside.
