Adrien Moerman (Zénith Saint-Petersburg) absent for a month

Released on January 20 by Monaco and hired six days later by Zénith Saint-Petersburg, Adrien Moerman will miss the next four weeks of competition with the Russian club. The interior (2.02m, 34 years old) fractured a finger in his right hand and will head to Istanbul for surgery on Wednesday, before returning to Saint Petersburg on Friday. Since his arrival, Moerman has played five VTB League matches in the club where Thomas Heurtel also plays.

The former Limougeaud runs at 5.4 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.4 assists on average. Promoted to captain on the Rock at the start of the season, he left Monaco “by mutual agreement” with the club led by Sasa Obradovic, when he was going through the most difficult season of his career (3 points on average at 24% success in shooting in the Euroleague).
