Zorros Básquet faces their participation in the Federal Tournament with motivation
The president of the Zorros Básquet Civil Association, Pablo Carmanchai, pointed out that “it is super important to participate in the Federal Tournament. It is an enormous motivation for the boys who are in the formative categories.”
The leader referred to the place achieved by the team to access the Federal League and recalled that it is a category similar to the third “with a very important federal representation.”
Carmanchai recalled that the place was obtained last year, in the Pre-Federal, “where we competed with Bariloche, with Esquel and with Zapala.”
In the Federal, Zorros will have 12 rivals, three teams from the coastal area and the rest are from the Río Negro Valley and Neuquén area.
He stated that “we have incorporated some players to strengthen the team” and recalled that the club has a fast food cart in the Yuco recreational area, “which is one of the resources we have to support the structure.”
Speaking to Radio Nacional, Carmanchai pointed out that “our goal is to gain experience, generate motivation in the youth categories thinking that they can develop their career.”
