How did Varaďa find himself in Tábor? His friend and general manager of Tábor hockey players at the time, Aleš Krátoška, is to blame. In addition, he temporarily took over the team as coach in December after the dismissal of Radek Bělohlav, and last week it was announced that he will remain as coach until the end of the season.

They have not only a friendly relationship with Varaďa, they also experienced a lot together on the shift. Between 2018 and 2020, he was Krátoška Varaď’s assistant with the national team. In the same way, they were divided last season on the substitution team of the finally golden Třinec Steelers.
