A week after his team was eliminated by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the NFL’s postseason, quarterback Tom Brady doesn’t want to rush his decision about his future.

While on SiriusXM’s “Let’s Go” podcast, the 45-year-old athlete said he wasn’t ready to discuss the subject.

The host who is a friend of the “GOAT” asked number 12 if he had a timeline in order to make a decision.

“You are irritable. I appreciate your question,” replied the athlete who has worn the colors of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for the past three seasons.

The veteran of 23 seasons in the Goodell circuit has also just completed the last year of his contract.

After initially announcing his retirement last year, Brady changed his mind 40 days later to play another season with the Bucs.

The last campaign was difficult in every way for the former New England Patriots. Last October, he announced the divorce with his partner of the last 13 years, Gisèle Bundchen. On the field, he threw 25 touchdown passes and amassed a total of 4,694 passing yards in 17 games.

Although he’s slowed down a bit this season, Brady could be attractive to teams looking for a quarterback. Among these teams that need reinforcement in this position, there are in particular the Carolina Panthers, the New York Jets and the Las Vegas Raiders.
