In the absence of it being official, according to Fabrizio Romano, a journalist specializing in transfers, Manchester City has completed the operation to announce the jewel Argentine Vélez Máximo Perrone as a new player. All parties have signed the corresponding documents, City and the 20-year-old midfielder himself.
Vélez already reached an agreement with City in December, but the operation was yet to be completed, which has happened in the last few hours. It will be announced shortly. The ‘citizen’ club will pay 7.4 million euros to Vélez for the transfer.
