They were not so far from a perf, the Ossunoises. After yo-yoing the score, think that with less than two minutes to go, they were on the heels of the Landaises (68-74), ready to hit the jackpot.
Tired of wasting the last possessions, making mistakes out of spite, they sent the others to the throwing line, who didn’t miss many more.
At the end, we still mark a pity…
The start had been a bit of a hassle for our team, caught under fire from a diabolical Perrine Leglise behind the arc.
At 4-13 (4th), there was cause for concern.
And then they regained health based on pressing and stuck a 9-0 from the families to return to the game and only give up two units after ten minutes (21-23).
And they even took the lead (26-24, 12th), then did not let go for a long time (31-33, 15th)….before resuming the hail (31-42, 17th) then finally giving in 10 units more on this quarter alone.
Dur !
And then the recovery brought them back to us as motivated as ever. In 90 seconds flat, Morgane Vigneau and Léa Marinelli put them back in the race (45-47, 22nd). After thirty minutes, they bit the Landes heels (55-56).
And so they always bit them within two minutes of the end, as you were told at the beginning.
