Milan Škriniar at PSG, it’s done! At least almost done. The Slovak defender has signed a pre-contract with Paris Saint-Germain for next season, according to information from Italian journalists Gianluca Di Marzio and Fabrizio Romano. An agreement which will begin on July 1, 2023. The Slovak rock is therefore officially expected from June at the Parc des Princes, if the Parisian management does not manage to reach an agreement with Inter Milan this winter. Indeed, PSG still wants to bring the Slovak before Tuesday evening, the transfer window deadline. Negotiations are actively continuing with the Nerazzurri hoping to be able to shake hands in the next few hours for an immediate sale. Otherwise, Škriniar will end the season in Milan before settling in the City of Light within six months.

As a reminder, according to our information, an English club had interfered in the tumultuous file leading to the central defender of Inter Milan, whose contract will expire on June 30 in Lombardy. The contractual situation of the Slovak international (54 caps) has logically fueled envy in recent weeks, especially since his agent confirmed that he was not going to extend his stay in Milan. But the final choice of the day will be so of course Paris Saint-Germain.

Also according to the Italian media, an initial offer of 10 million euros was sent to Inter Milan in the last hours, but the Nerazzurri firmly rejected it, considering it far too low. The residents of the Giuseppe Meazza stadium want PSG to double this amount in order to finalize the transfer of Škriniar in January. No promotion: the Milanese persist and ask for 20 million euros for an immediate sale. PSG are still pushing to close the deal now and Nasser Al Khelaïfi has taken charge of the matter.

Meanwhile, behind the scenes of Giuseppe Marotta’s management, the Nerazzurri are already looking for Škriniar’s successor. The first names mentioned are those of Tiago Djalo from Lille, also coveted by Newcastle according to our information, Chris Smalling, out of contract at AS Roma and Victor Lindelöf from Manchester United. However, the Portuguese and the English are not for sale in January, while the Swede could only leave on loan, a formula favored by Inter. More than ever, the Škriniar case is coming to an end.
