Marc Marquez Still Believes in Honda 100%

Jakarta

Future speculation Marc Marquez spread as Honda struggled to build competitive motorcycles. However, Marquez emphasized his commitment to the Japanese manufacturer.

The Spaniard is widely reported to be at a crossroads regarding his future. It is believed that Marquez is starting to consider leaving Honda, perhaps even sooner than his contract, which will be completed next year.

Marquez was said to be disappointed with Honda’s new motorbike after testing at Valencia last November. The reason is, Honda needs a competitive motorbike to compete with the superiority of Ducati, which managed to win the Triple Crown in MotoGP 2022.

However, the eight-time world champion seems to dampen speculation regarding his future. Marc Marquez still believes Honda can build a competitive motorbike in the new season.

“I still believe in Honda 100%,” said the 29-year-old racer DAZN. “This is a factory that has given me all the titles, six in MotoGP, which is no small thing.”

“It’s true that we had a dynamic when I was injured, so their number 1 was injured and the factory went a little off track. But I have full faith in them.”

“I believe that they will build a good bike and my obligation is to prepare as best as possible to then compete for the world title. That is my goal, that of Honda, and that of the whole team, who know that we all have to work together if we are to achieve this. said Marc Marquez.
