TARANTO – After the karate internship with the national youth team held at the Pala Fijlkam in Ostia Lido from 28 to 29 December, the supervisor of the sector, master Gennaro Talarico (GS. Guardia di Finanza), decided to focus on the 16-year-old Apulian Valentino Panic and take him to the Croatian Grand Prix, which will be held this weekend in the small town of Samobor. Valentino Panico, athlete of the asd Teodoro di Monteparano (Taranto) in 2022 won the national title in the Cadet category. From this year he moved up to the Juniores, weight -63kg: to his credit in 2022 he also has a prestigious third place at the Basel International Open and a second place at the Campania Open.
