Judo cycle at the Pierre-Julien school.
To get the year and the second term off to a good start, sports activities on the Chomeil site have resumed at the Pierre-Julien school. Every Tuesday afternoon, at the dojo, Christophe Betaille’s CM1 students participate in a judo cycle led by Jean-Pierre Carpentier, a qualified teacher at the Portes d’Auvergne judo club. During this first session, the children performed a warm-up before the opposition games on the ground and standing. Discipline techniques have been demonstrated to develop coordination, flexibility and balance while respecting the teacher’s instructions. This activity will continue until the next February holidays in a very playful universe.
