«Un amore di famiglia» inaugurates its second branch at the Don Orione Center in Naples (located in Vico Campane in Donnalbina, 10/a). It is an ecological and bilingual educational center and equal primary school of about 1000 square meters (among the largest in Naples). There will be an open day on Saturday 14 January at 9.30 where the entire educational project will be presented. In addition to teaching, there are many extra-curricular activities, i.e. the new after-school laboratories: chess in English, language courses, capoeira and judo.
«We are really proud of this second location. – explain the creators of the hub – The building is beautiful, colourful, functional, intelligent and, of course, sustainable. Children are welcomed by its warmth, by the light that invades it and by the surrounding area, given that beautiful views of the city can be seen from its many windows. The teaching spaces are flexible, modular and ready to welcome technological and pedagogical innovations (as for the “model hub” in via Alcide de Gasperi). In via Donnalbina the environments become spaces for relationships, informal places for rest and learning or an occasion for assemblies and small shows for the entire community».
«Un Amore di famiglia» is a zero-impact project, where natural lighting is exploited as much as possible, teaching children to do the same to educate them from an early age to a vision of eco-sustainable life.
