Haas was the first Formula 1 team to present its car for 2023 on Tuesday. The car shone in the online presentation in red, black and white. The new main sponsor is the US financial company MoneyGram, the racing team equipped with Ferrari engines is now officially called MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.
The new car of the eighth in the 2022 Constructors’ Championship will make its debut in testing at Silverstone on February 11th, with the season starting in Bahrain on March 5th. The Dane Kevin Magnussen continues for Haas, the German Mick Schumacher is replaced by his compatriot Nico Hülkenberg.
“We put in some strong performances last year and want to have as many finishes in the points as possible this year,” said team owner Gene Haas. “The goal is to do that with more consistency. We have a driver pairing that is capable of that.”
World champion Red Bull is next in line to present its new car on Friday in New York.
