Denver only knows how to win, Milwaukee and Philadelphia do well. Brooklyn Goes Knockout – OA Sports

The NBA season continues. Four regular season games were played during the Italian night and, as always, the show was certainly not lacking. Let’s find out all the results and the best scorers of the day.

Despite the heavy absence of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Milwaukee beats Toronto 130-122 and stays in the wake of Boston, first in the Eastern Conference with 33 wins (against the Bucks’ 29). For the home team, Jrue Holiday’s 37 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists, Grayson Allen’s 25 and Brook Lopez’s 19 are fundamental, but Bobby Portis’ double-double of 12 points and 12 rebounds is also important. The Raptors, on the other hand, are not enough for Fred VanVleet’s 39 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, Gary Trent Jr.’s 28 and Pascal Siakam’s 23.

San Antonio extends in the third quarter and then controls the lead up to 106-98 with which it defeats Brooklyn. Decisive for the Spurs (without Devin Vassell) are Keldon Johnson’s 36 points and 11 rebounds, Jeremy Sochan’s 16 and Tre Jones’ 13, while the Nets (without Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving) are useless TJ Warren, Seth Curry’s 16, Nic Claxton’s double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds and Ben Simmons’ triple-double of 10 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists.

Denver smiles, as they beat Portland 122-113 and conquer the seventh consecutive victory, the 31st of the season. Of note at the Nuggets home is the terrifying triple double of 36 points, 12 rebounds and 10 assists by Nikola Jokic, 23 by Michael Porter Jr. and 17 by Jamal Murray. On the other hand, Damian Lillard’s 44 points and 8 assists and Jerami Grant’s 18 are irrelevant for the Trail Blazers.

Philadelphia plays an excellent fourth period and imposes itself on the field of the Los Angeles Clippers with the score of 120-110. Amazing match by Joel Embiid, author of 41 points and 9 rebounds, but Tyrese Maxey’s 22 and Tobias Harris’ 20 are also important for the 76ers. Kawhi Leonard’s 27 points and Nicolas Batum’s 16 were useless for the Californian franchise.

THE RESULTS OF THE NIGHT

Milwaukee Bucks (29-16) – Toronto Raptors (20-25) 130-122
San Antonio Spurs (14-31) – Brooklyn Nets (27-16) 106-98
Denver Nuggets (31-13) – Portland Trail Blazers (21-23) 122-113
