The Brazilian footballer went to offer his testimony on Friday morning, after the accusations against him, but around 10am the security forces deemed it necessary to put him under arrestthey got him into their car and transferred him to the City of Justice of Barcelona, where the court that will decide on its provisional situation is located while the case is being investigated.
The allegations against Dani Alves date back to January 1, when the woman told the police that the former Barca would have it touched in an “inappropriate” way. Frightened, the woman would have warned her friends about her who, in turn, alerted the club’s security managers, but by then the footballer had already left the club. A complaint which, despite the denials of the player’s entourage, led the local prosecutor’s office to open a file against him.
