Bojan Bogdanovic, the Lakers have a trade on the table…

Will the Los Angeles Lakers activate before the trade deadline? This is a question that has come up again and again for several weeks. And to possibly strengthen the Angelenos, a man was often mentioned: Bojan Bogdanovic.

With his profile, the Detroit Pistons winger has actually been associated with all the Playoff contenders. With his qualities, he represents a possible nice shot for a candidate for the NBA title. But we know that the Motor City franchise does not intend to sell it off.

The fixed price? A choice in the first round of the Draft. According to information from Sports Illustrated reporters Chris Mannix and Howard Beck, the Lakers have discussed a deal with the Pistons to get Bogdanovic and Nerlens Noel.

Obviously, the Angelenos simply have a phone call to make to validate the operation. But for that, one would have to sacrifice one of the two famous Californian picks. And very clearly, it’s not about the trend.

Lakers boss Rob Pelinka would only consider sacrificing picks for a star. And Bojan Bogdanovic obviously does not fall into this category. In any case, with the Pacers (for Myles Turner et Buddy Hield) or with the Pistons, Los Angeles still has the cards in hand to activate.
