(ANSA) – LOS ANGELES, JAN 29 – Despite a still great LeBron James with 41 points, Boston snatched the success from the Lakers after overtime (125-121). The NBA round also saw a Joel Embiid, stratospheric with 47 points in Philadelphia’s victory (126-119) over Denver. The match that pitted the two most successful franchises in history, 17 titles each, kept its show promises. LA led for a long time and a gross foul by Jayson Tatum (30 points, 11 rebounds) on James (9 rebounds, 8 assists), just before the siren, was not called.
In Philadelphia, a show of strength by Embiid, which allowed the Sixers to overturn the Nuggets, ahead by 15 lengths.
