Albert Pujols puts his almost $10 million mansion up for sale

After his last season in the MLB, Albert Pujols has a new challenge and it is to sell his mansion in Irvine, California, which is valued at $9.98 million dollars. However, those wishing to bid on the property will have to wait, as it will officially go on sale on February 9.

According to the information, the former player’s home is the one with the highest added value, close to $10 million dollars, an amount that not all properties can reach in this area, since in 2021 and 2022 only eight properties were consigned by that price.

In the past, Pujols has already tried to sell the mansion, specifically in 2016 and for $7.75 million, although he could not find an interested buyer.

The slugger, according to the LA Times, made renovations to various areas of the mansion and decorated the pool with a waterfall, grotto, slide and spa. Also of the balconies and two decks with columns. The house sits in the middle of a hill with views of the surrounding neighborhoods, a patio at the entrance from which you can access the different spaces and which contain hardwood and tiles.

In addition, it has a staircase that runs through all the floors of the property, which has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and 9,239 square feet. In the lower part of the mansion there is a cinema room, bar and meditation room.
