Excellent performance for the Budo Sanremo boys at the 28th Edition of Alpe Adria, historic Judo competition reserved for the U18 and U21 classes. Third place for Nicole Di Michele (-70Kg) who confirms her excellent form by closing all matches before the limit and showing a wide technical variety that allowed her to win both with throwing and finishing solutions on the ground .
Fifth place for Valentina Palagi, who came close to third place with a performance of character and also winning before the limit with various solutions. Victory in the first round for Federico Iezzi (-60Kg) who manages to win the first match in a few seconds but has to surrender in the second round against the eighth seed in the category.
The technicians present in the race Nicola Gianforte and Nicholas Di Michele were satisfied and declared: “The boys did very well and we are happy with the matches they won, Nicole only lost to the two-time Italian vice-champion of the category, Valentina won well and came close to medal in a match he was winning against the Swiss national champion of his category and Federico also lost only to one of the top seeds in the category, for today we are satisfied”
