Third time was the charm for Guuk GBC. They lost their two games this week and won the third against one of the opposing teams to be in the playoffs, so the victory should be considered remarkable.
Also on the third round, Encinas’ ship took off, after the game started like the horse that comes out of boxes, runaway, with a 0-8 and two triples. The matter was equalizing under the command of Filipovic, who made the Galician side play but the aim from outside the GBC -five three-pointers out of six attempts- left him ahead in the light. The next rush for the Gipuzkoans was at the start of the second quarter with a triple by Carlson and two baskets by Sollazzo and Motos, 21-30 (min. 13).
