The national coach Ernesto García and the director of Training and Development, Fran Casermeiro, attended along with 41 coaches of other nationalities.
The Spanish Badminton Federation has been present at the Badminton Europe Member Exchange Program, “The Danish Training Experience”, which took place on December 6 and 7 in Brøndby, Denmark.
The national coach Ernesto García and the director of Training and Development Fran Casermeiro attended along with 41 other coaches from other countries to work on the Danish training culture. They also participated in a Danish national team training session and watched a presentation on the Danish development system which included a question and answer session with the director of the Danish Talent Development Program, Lars Uhre, and the Danish technical director, Kenneth Jonassen. This training session also included a visit by the assistant coaches to two local clubs where they had the opportunity to observe training sessions and speak with local coaches.
