The tournament is open to categories, single ladies and gentlemen and over 55 gentlemen. A consolation is planned for the unclassified 4th series ladies and gentlemen. Placed under the responsibility of Amanda Bergero and Laure Biguereau. François Perot is the referee.
A popular tournament
Placed under the responsibility of Amanda Bergero and Laure Biguereau and François Perot, referee, the grand prize of the city of Gujan-Mestras is one of the first tournaments of the year organized in the sector. He is still very successful. Just a week after the end of year celebrations, an average of some 200 tenniswomen and tennismen are registering to hit the clay courts of the Gujanais hall.
Some of them come from very far away to line up for this very popular tournament at the start of the year. They meet there the regulars always faithful to the event. The club’s licensees are also numerous to appear on the court to try to pass several rounds or even to propel themselves towards the finals.
“Les Coulisses” with Magali and Jean-Marc maintain the family spirit of the tournament.
