Bintang AC MilanZlatan Ibrahimovic rated Lionel Messi as already outlined to win World Cup 2022.
Messi has failed to bring Argentina to the World Cup four times. His best achievement was the final at the 2014 World Cup edition.
On Messi’s fifth occasion, Ibrahimovic believes that the 35-year-old superstar will finally lift the championship trophy.
“I think it’s been outlined who will win, you know who I mean.”
“I think Messi will lift the trophy, this is already outlined,” Ibrahimovic said as quoted by the Daily Mail.
Ibrahimovic also admitted that he was not surprised by the performance shown by Morocco. The reason is, Ibrahimovic has known from the start that Morocco is inhabited by quality players.
“I don’t think it’s a surprise because I knew they were good before the World Cup. Then in the World Cup anything can happen.”
“That they can qualify for the semifinals, maybe a bit of a surprise, but remember that they are a good team. I think many people like this kind of surprise because they feel more adrenaline,” said Ibrahimovic.
Morocco will face France in the semifinals of the 2022 World Cup on Thursday (14/12) in the morning at 02.00 WIB. Morocco will fight to make history bigger by becoming the first African team to qualify for a World Cup final.
