Local table tennis players participated in a Patagonian accessibility meeting

The event was held in the neighboring city of Dina Huapi, where members of the Municipal Table Tennis School traveled.

The Department of Sports informs that this weekend students from the Municipal School of Table Tennis participated in a Patagonian accessibility meeting.

Within this framework, Juan Mendoza won 1st place in the Paralympic category, Arturo Gaete 2nd place and Mauro Barrientos 3rd place. In the ladies category, Ayelen Iburquiza obtained 5th place. Pablo Crespo, Yair Cabrera, Santiago Crespo, Franco Mendoza and Arturo Gaete also played third; A total of 9 participants from Angosture.

The teachers of said school, Héctor Pino and Mauro Barrientos, stated that it was “a more than positive experience in the promotional category with our boys, almost all the southern provinces participated, plus Chile from different cities. Thanks to all the participants, who thus closed this year participating in different regional tournaments: the Mendoza national, the Viedma grand prix and this Patagonian one that was held in Dina Huapi”.
