Limoges Métropole has entered into a partnership with the CSP in order to manufacture bins in the club’s colors and to encourage the population to better sort waste.
The base is a false basketball court floor and the trash cans, 13 in number located in the city center, are a basket with a plastic bag instead of the net. The Limougeauds are invited “to sort out” to “aim right”.
« Jso far, a lot of waste has no differentiation between what can be recycled or not in the city center, we want to try to target the youngest, it is also a kind of animation” explains to France Bleu Sarah Gentil, vice-president of the agglomeration in charge of waste management.
The CSP players themselves came to set an example by testing their skills.
