KICK-OFF IN THE SECOND EDITION OF THE BASKETBALL INCLUSION LEAGUE – Yucatan Now

With the participation of 20 squads, the Basketball Inclusion League was launched yesterday, in its second edition, at the Siglo XXI Convention Center, where the Paralympic Lightning defeated the Gallos de Umán 25-18, in the opening meeting.

In addition to the Lightning and the Roosters, the Polyfunctional, Venados de Tekax, Gladiadores del Sur, Oxxo, DIF Mérida, Scorpions and Black Panthers of Progress, Guerreros del CREE, Fénix de Tizimín, CAM Sur vespertino, Canasteros will also see action in the joust and Halachó CAM, CAM Stars, Eels, Motul Pheasants, Tixkokob CAM and Psychiatric Hospital.

The meetings will take place from now until May 27, in 10 days. It is worth noting the presence of volunteers from the Instituto Patria, the “Rodríguez Tamayo” Educational Center, the Anahuac University, Republic of Mexico, Vizcaya de las Américas and Mesoamericana de San Agustín (UMSA), who provide elements of physiatry and rehabilitation to take care of athletes during matches.
