Last weekend, on the tatami mats of Saint-Jean-de-Védas, the Departmental Cup for Judo was organized. The young Tourbans have highlighted themselves.
Indeed, Kylian Rémy, who had not competed for three years due to the Covid and various impediments, demonstrated all his talent to win in his under 60 kg category. He has, in fact, won all his fights by ippon, i.e. before the limit.
This performance allows him to qualify for the championship of the eastern zone which will be organized in Marvejols on January 29th.
During the same competition, Alanig Giraud, also Tourbain, finished in 5th place in less than 46 kg and also qualified for Marvejols.
These two judokas made the happiness of their supervisor of the day, Cyprien Rivière, black belt and young volunteer in civic service at US Tourbes judo and thus brought honor to their club.
