However brief, Kawhi Leonard’s stint with the Raptors was unforgettable, culminating in a historic win in the 2019 NBA Finals. Of course, having Leonard return to face off against his former team is a pretty big deal.
On Tuesday, Leonard and the LA Clippers travel to Scotiabank Arena, home of only Leonard’s second game as a member of the Clippers in Toronto. A lot has changed since his last appearance in Toronto, but the love for one another remains the same.
This season, Leonard has been in and out of the lineup due to various ailments and injury management while continuing to recover from the ACL reconstruction surgery he underwent in 2021. Will he be active to speak out against his former team?
Here’s the latest on Leonard’s status for the Clippers’ matchup with the Raptors.
